Forms

Webform is the contrib form builder. APB has no form parent of its own. These pages put Webform next to APB the way a site would: a site-local paragraph type, a token in HTML fields, the standalone /form/… route, and a Webform node. Request a demo stays on core Contact.

The frozen gallery is untouched. Pathauto is on for new nodes that do not skip it; these lab URLs keep explicit aliases so recordings do not move.

The forms

Each card is an APB page with the form in the host field. The same form also has a standalone URL at /form/{id}.

Request a briefing

Required name, email, organization, role, and a 20-character minimum. Email handler is configured and off.

Event RSVP

Ajax. Guests and dietary fields appear only when attending is Yes. Phone uses a pattern.

Membership inquiry

Three wizard pages plus preview. The progress bar is Webform JS, not APB tabs.

Site feedback

Ajax Likert radios. Also embedded on the kitchen sink so it sits next to every APB library.

Staff intake

Create access is content_editor and administrator only. Logged-out visitors get the denied copy.

Other embed paths

Webform also publishes itself as a page, as a node type, and as a block. The node is here so that path is not theoretical. Standalone URLs are /form/apb-request-briefing and the other /form/… aliases. Do not put those aliases in an APB Links or Feature box field: ContentLanguageUrl calls isTranslatable() on the Webform config entity and the page 500s.
